On the low end, there's a condo available at Sea Winds for $162,000, at Bay Oaks condominiums, you can purchase a one bedroom, one bath unit at $170,000. If you need more space and luxury, and Sarasota Florida will be your new permanent residence, there's a spacious Siesta Key home for sale offering more than 5,000 sq.ft. at the Sanderling Club, one of the few gated communities on the Key. This Siesta Key home is priced at over $9 million, but it's right on the beach.
