The Sarasota MLS database currently lists 11 Bay Oaks condos as actively for sale with prices starting from $285,000 for a one bedroom, one bath nit with less than 800 sq.ft. to a spacious town house, rarely available, priced at $569,000 for 1192 sq.ft., two bedroom and two and one-half baths. Pets aren't allowed at Bay Oaks condos.
