Most units offer 1 to 3 bedrooms as well as enclosed parking garages, beach-front terraces and views of the Gulf of Mexico. Some of the amenities found at Tortuga include a clubhouse, tennis courts, an athletic center and a shuffleboard court. The community also offers an indoor/outdoor heated pool, boat docks and 300 feet of private beach frontage. Condo units in Tortuga typically cost anywhere from the mid-$300,000 to $700,000 range.

Summer Cove is a good option for those who are interested in a newer community with plenty of space. Built in 2007, this 45-unit community offers homes ranging in size from 2,100 to 3,700 square feet. Some of the amenities found at Summer Cove include an athletic center, a card room, a media room and more. Units at Summer Cover range in price from $600,000 to $2 million.
