Since the beginning of the year, we've had several customers viewing Condos on Siesta Key. Currently the Mid-Florida Regional MLS, formerly the Sarasota MLS, reports over 460 Siesta Key condos for sale, as well as town houses and villas. Siesta Key's beach was no 2 in rankings released by coastal expert, Dr. Beach in his 19th annual "Top 10 Beaches" list last week. Dr. Leatherman moved Siesta Key up a notch from last year's list.

Owners share their condo with other fractional owners. You do not have full ownership of these units. As I mentioned, prices start at $30,000 for these fractional ownership condos.

Lowest price currently for a minimum of two bedrooms and two baths is in Paradise Cove at $224,900 . Previously mentioned, Siesta Key condos with the best views and best condominium buildings are more expensive and the listing price, for some, are up to 4,250,000. With hundreds of condos currently listed on Siesta Key, the selection remains excellent if you're thinking of shopping for a Siesta Key condo. Forty-four condos, townhouses and villas are priced between $600,000 and $700,000.
